- Physical review and assessment by the doctor coordinating the check-up, a specialist in Internal Medicine. Report on your life habits, family history and previous pathologies.
- Blood and urine analysis: laboratory tests that allow us to study your organic functions.
- PA and lateral thorax x-ray: assesses cardiac or pulmonary pathologies.
- Abdomen-pelvis ultrasound: shows us the status of different organs: liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, pancreas and urinary tract.
- Doppler ultrasonography of the supra-aortic trunks: non-invasive study of the carotid and vertebral arteries to analyse the blood flow that supplies the brain.
- Electrocardiogram: gives us a record of the electrical activity of the heart and detects different pathologies, such as growth of the cardiac cavities or alterations in the rhythm of the heart.
- Ergometry (stress test): analyses the heart’s response to exercise and maximum effort. The pulse, tension and electrical activity of the heart are measured while the patient walks on a treadmill. It allows us to detect pathologies like anginas and arrhythmias.
- Spirometry: assesses the pulmonary function and allows early detection of alterations in lung function.
- Consult with a specialist in ophthalmology: visual and optical tests to check eye health.
- Audiometry: assesses the capacity for hearing.
